Requires all Tennessee LEAs and public charter schools to administer the Presidential Fitness Test established by Executive Order No. 14327 (July 31, 2025) to assess student strength, endurance, and flexibility

Department of Education must notify schools in writing at least 30 days before each school year of the requirements for students to earn the Presidential Fitness Award

Students with IEPs or Section 504 plans must receive reasonable accommodations; students unable to participate safely may be exempted from the test

Student performance on the Presidential Fitness Test cannot negatively affect grades in any class, including physical education

If federal authorization for the test is revoked, the department must notify schools immediately and submit a report to legislative education committees within 90 days detailing participation data disaggregated by grade level and disability status
