Amends Tennessee Code to specify that state and local sex discrimination laws shall not be construed to prohibit discrimination based on sexual orientation, gender identity, transgender status, or gender non-conforming behavior

Explicitly permits sex-segregated restrooms, locker rooms, shower facilities, changing areas, dormitories, sports teams, and sex-specific dress or grooming codes under state law

Prohibits Tennessee courts from applying the U.S. Supreme Court's Bostock v. Clayton County (2020) ruling when interpreting state sex discrimination laws

Specifies that sex discrimination laws shall not prohibit discrimination based on conduct related to abortion

Takes effect July 1, 2026, applying to actions occurring on or after that date
