Prohibits displaying LGBTQ flags or emblems (including rainbow flags, transgender flags, equality flags, and "pride" imagery) on state or local government property by employees, volunteers, or agents

Bars state and local governments from officially recognizing or acknowledging June or any other period as an LGBTQ pride month, week, or day

Creates a private right of action allowing any Tennessee citizen, resident, or taxpayer to sue violators for declaratory/injunctive relief, compensatory damages (including emotional distress), and attorney's fees, with a 6-year statute of limitations

Eliminates most legal defenses including sovereign immunity, qualified immunity, ignorance of law, and belief that the law is unconstitutional

Exempts off-duty conduct by government employees and speech protected by the First Amendment; takes effect July 1, 2026
