District attorneys general must report to state officials within 24 hours whenever they enter plea agreements, reduce charges, or dismiss felony cases arising from Operation Viper or the Memphis Safe Task Force

Reports must be submitted to the attorney general and reporter, both speakers of the legislature, the district attorneys general conference, and the relevant U.S. attorney

Operation Viper is defined as an FBI-led task force combining federal, state, and local law enforcement to combat crime using federal and state resources

The Memphis Safe Task Force is defined as a federal task force focused on ending street and violent crime in Memphis through intensive policing, aggressive prosecution, and neighborhood law enforcement saturation

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
