Requires food establishments and food service establishments to disclose country of origin for imported farm-raised and wild fish, either through labeling, signage (minimum 8.5" x 11", placed at least 36" from floor), or menu notation

Mandates suppliers disclose to food establishments whether fish is farm-raised or wild, and the country of origin; establishments that unknowingly violate based on good-faith reliance on supplier information are exempt from penalties

Exempts crab, lobster, oyster, crayfish, clam, and scallops from farm-raised/wild disclosure requirements; also exempts hospitals, retailers already subject to federal COOL requirements, and groups of 10+ individuals with preordered food

Establishes escalating civil penalties within a 24-month period: written warning for first violation, then $100, $250, $500, and $1,000 per covered commodity for subsequent violations
