Requires courts to order consecutive sentences when a defendant is convicted of two or more offenses involving more than one minor victim

Applies regardless of whether the multiple offenses were part of a single criminal episode

Courts may impose concurrent sentences only if they find by a preponderance of evidence that consecutive sentences are not warranted and not in the best interest of justice

Takes effect July 1, 2026, and applies only to offenses committed on or after that date
