Expands eligibility for Tennessee's address confidentiality program to include siblings of victims, adding "sibling" to the existing list of qualifying family members (parent, etc.)

Adds the registry of persistent domestic violence offenders as a resource the address confidentiality program must reference when processing applications

Removes the geographic limitation "within this state" from Section 40-38-604(b)(4), potentially expanding protections for qualifying incidents that occurred outside Tennessee

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law due to public welfare necessity; passed February 23, 2026 and approved March 6, 2026
