Removes the Office of Business Enterprise from the list of entities in Tennessee Code § 4-29-247(a) by deleting subdivision (39)

Adds the Office of Business Enterprise (created by § 4-26-101) to the list in Tennessee Code § 4-29-251(a) as a new subdivision

Effectively moves the Office of Business Enterprise from one statutory classification to another within the state's administrative code structure

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law under the public welfare provision
