Renames the "subsequent injury fund" to the "subsequent injury and vocational recovery fund" and expands its permitted uses to include legal defense costs, vocational recovery assistance for eligible employees, and computer system costs for the Bureau of Workers' Compensation

Changes procedural terminology from "petition" to "file a motion with" and from "respond to the petition in a timely fashion" to "comply with the court's order" in workers' compensation proceedings

Replaces "request for hearing" with "petition for benefit determination" in dispute resolution procedures

Allows impairment ratings from multiple authorized treating physicians to be combined to reach the 10% whole-body impairment threshold, rather than requiring a single physician to certify at least 10%
