Amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 10-7-504(r) to expand the definition of confidential bank account information

Protects debit card numbers, PINs, and authorization codes from public disclosure

Keeps bank account numbers, transit routing numbers, and names/locations of financial institutions confidential

Shields account holder information including names, taxpayer identification numbers (TINs), and addresses associated with bank accounts

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
