Amends Tennessee Code Section 39-17-1505 to revise penalties for underage tobacco/vapor product violations handled in general sessions or juvenile court

Courts may require up to 50 hours of community service or completion of a prescribed court program

Civil penalties of $10 to $50 may be imposed on persons aged 18-20, or on parents/guardians/custodians of minors

First-time youth offenders may be placed on informal adjustment for 90 days

Second or subsequent violations can result in up to 6 months probation plus mandatory community service and completion of a tobacco/vapor dangers education program; effective July 1, 2026
