Students or parents must provide military service documentation to the school district within 60 days of the first school year's end or within one year of the service member reporting for duty in Tennessee, whichever is later

School districts must ensure necessary services are in place at enrollment for military-connected students with Section 504 plans, individualized family service plans, or individualized education plans

High school juniors and seniors who are dependents of service members may remain enrolled in their current school until graduation or withdrawal, even if military relocation moves the family outside the school district
