Creates a new statutory section (§ 49-5-304) compiling a non-exhaustive, non-binding informational list of all training requirements and opportunities for educators, school personnel, and volunteers at LEAs and public charter schools under Tennessee law.

Categorizes existing training requirements into four groups: annual training (13 types including teacher ethics, seizure safety, school safety, suicide prevention), triennial training (4 types including de-escalation, child abuse, human trafficking, anti-bullying), prerequisite training before performing specific duties (14 types), and optional training opportunities (8 types).

Amends over 30 existing Tennessee Code sections to add cross-references directing readers to the compiled training list at § 49-5-304.

Clarifies that the compiled list does not exempt anyone from training requirements or repeal/amend any training obligations not referenced in the section.

Takes effect July 1, 2026.
