Expands the definition of "bullying" under Tennessee law to include acts committed by school employees, not just students, that substantially interfere with a victim's educational benefits, opportunities, or performance

Covers bullying acts occurring on school grounds, at school-sponsored activities, on school transportation, and at bus stops, as well as off-campus conduct that creates substantial disruption to the educational environment

Requires school district anti-bullying policies to apply to school employees in addition to students

Makes teachers or school employees who commit harassment, intimidation, bullying, or cyberbullying subject to dismissal or suspension

Takes effect July 1, 2026, and applies to acts committed on or after that date
