Automatically restores voting rights to persons convicted of "infamous crimes" upon completion or expiration of their full sentence, including discharge from custody

Removes the requirement for a pardon or formal citizenship restoration process for individuals who have fully served their sentences

Applies to convictions in Tennessee state courts, federal courts, and other states if the offense would qualify as an infamous crime under Tennessee law

Requires county election commissions to accept discharge documentation as proof of restored voting rights

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law and applies retroactively to sentences already completed or expired
