Amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 34-1-111(d)(2) regarding fiduciary accounting requirements for persons with disabilities

Requires fiduciary accountings to include a statement on the physical or mental condition of the person with a disability and the date of the fiduciary's last contact with that person

Mandates the statement advise the court whether the respondent's condition continues to require the fiduciary's services

Prohibits disclosure of medical information required to be kept confidential under § 34-3-105(f) in these statements
