Authorizes masonic lodge officers and members, or masonic lodge-sponsored corporations and LLCs, to acquire real and personal property by purchase or gift for purposes including building, maintaining, or acquiring lodges, halls, temples, or burial places

Requires deeds for such property to vest legal title in the lodge officers/members or in a masonic lodge-sponsored corporation or LLC formed for that purpose

Permits masonic lodge-sponsored corporations and LLCs to rent or lease property to masonic lodges or other entities on terms they designate

Preserves validity of property conveyances to corporations or LLCs that occurred prior to the act's effective date

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
