Amends the Town of Mason charter to establish a governing body of one Mayor and six Aldermen, with candidates required to be qualified voters and residents for at least 6 months before the election qualifying deadline.

Defines the Mayor's role as executive head with ceremonial and representative duties, but explicitly prohibits the Mayor from having oversight authority over the Town Administrator or day-to-day operations.

Creates a Town Administrator position as chief administrative officer responsible for daily operations, budget preparation, personnel management, and presenting monthly financial reports to the Board.

Requires department heads to be appointed by majority vote of the Board, mandates that all department heads maintain required state/federal certifications, and establishes that failure to maintain certifications is grounds for termination.

Requires two-thirds approval by the Town of Mason legislative body for the act to take effect, with approval to be certified to the secretary of state.
