Expands eligibility for nationally recognized career readiness assessments from high school seniors only to all students in grades 9-12

Removes the specific 2023-2024 school year start date, making the assessment available each school year going forward

Requires the Tennessee Board of Regents to establish a standard framework for awarding transcribable college credit to students who earn credentials on these high school career readiness assessments

College credits earned through career readiness assessment credentials may be applied toward a student's postsecondary degree at Board of Regents institutions

Takes effect July 1, 2026
