Amends Tennessee Code Section 39-17-107 to establish criminal penalties for adulterating food products, beverages, or pharmaceutical products with intent to harm consumers

Covers products manufactured, marketed, grown, or produced for human consumption, as well as medications designed for diagnosis or treatment of medical conditions

Intent to cause involuntary intoxication is classified as a Class D felony

Intent to cause bodily injury is classified as a Class C felony; intent to cause serious bodily injury or death is classified as a Class B felony
