Prohibits online sweepstakes casinos and other forms of online/app-based gambling that use virtual currency systems to simulate casino games like slots, video poker, table games, and unlicensed sports wagering, while exempting legal activities under the Tennessee Sports Gaming Act, Fantasy Sports Act, nonprofit gaming laws, and state lottery.

Classifies violations as unfair or deceptive trade practices under the Tennessee Consumer Protection Act of 1977, subjecting violators to existing penalties and remedies for consumer protection violations.

Grants the Attorney General expanded investigative authority to request documents, examine witnesses under oath, and sample merchandise when investigating suspected illegal activity, with civil penalties up to $1,000 per document for destroying or altering evidence.

Removes the previous 6-month statute of limitations specifically applicable to gaming offenses, allowing prosecution under the standard misdemeanor timeframe.

Expands the Sports Wagering Council's enforcement authority to investigate and conduct hearings against both licensees and non-licensees who violate sports wagering laws.
