Record copies accompanied by a custodian's affidavit or declaration are admissible as evidence with the same weight as originals, and statements therein are presumed true absent contrary evidence

Monthly retirement benefit payments must continue through the month in which a retired member or beneficiary dies, clarifying payment obligations upon death

Members who retired between July 1, 2022, and June 30, 2027, and returned to temporary reemployment without a bona fide separation of service will be treated as receiving in-service distributions, with the retirement system making required tax reporting corrections
