Establishes licensure by endorsement for marriage and family therapists licensed in other states, requiring a completed application, fees, license documentation, Tennessee jurisprudence exam, proof of age (18+), and evidence of good character

Sets supervisor qualifications requiring at least 5 years of full-time experience as an independently licensed marriage and family therapist (with last 2 years in Tennessee) and 30 hours of supervision-specific instruction

Creates the "LMFT-S" designation for approved supervisors and requires 6 hours of supervision continuing education every 2 years (including 3 hours on ethics/state laws) to maintain supervisor status
