Sets the seasonal retailer permit fee at $150 for calendar year 2026, overriding the standard fee structure

Both the modified seasonal retailer definition and reduced permit fee automatically repeal on February 1, 2027

Authorizes the state fire marshal to promulgate rules to implement the act under the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
