Creates a rebuttable presumption that defendants convicted of aggravated assault under § 39-13-102 are not favorable candidates for probation when the offense involved the use or display of a firearm

Amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 40-35-303(a) by adding this new probation eligibility restriction

Presumption is rebuttable, meaning defendants can still present evidence to overcome it and argue for probation eligibility

Effective date of July 1, 2026, applying only to offenses committed on or after that date
