Creates the "Tennessee Child Care Hosting Safe Harbor Act" to shield employers and host entities from civil liability for damages caused by licensed child care providers operating on their property

Protects employers who subsidize child care costs or host providers on-site, as well as nonprofits, faith-based organizations, schools, and property owners who allow child care operations

Liability protection does not apply if the employer or host entity's gross negligence or willful misconduct caused the injury, or if they operate, control, manage, or staff the child care provider

Clarifies that providing space, utilities, maintenance, security, capital improvements, or financial support alone does not constitute operation or control of the child care provider

Takes effect July 1, 2026, applying to actions arising on or after that date
