Requires the Tennessee Department of Education to compile and publish on its website a statewide list of mental health resources available to students, organized by geographic location and residency-based eligibility

Mandates consultation with six state agencies including the departments of children's services, health, mental health and substance abuse services, human services, TennCare, and the Governor's Children's Cabinet

Requires each public school to create its own localized list of mental health resources based on the state's compilation and publish it on the school's website

Beginning with the 2026-2027 school year, schools must distribute the mental health resource list at least annually to parents/guardians of all enrolled students, or directly to students 18 and older

Explicitly states the act does not mandate new staffing, programs, or expenditures, and inclusion on the list does not constitute state or school endorsement of any resource
