Tire manufacturers and suppliers responding to state solicitations must clearly identify which tires are produced with 100% French process zinc oxide, designated by product and material number in a format prescribed by the chief procurement officer.

All price lists and buying guides provided to the state must conspicuously indicate for each tire whether it was manufactured with 100% French process zinc oxide.

Existing tire suppliers must update their price lists and buying guides within 120 days of the act's effective date; failure to comply may result in contract suspension or termination.

Suppliers must notify the chief procurement officer and relevant state agencies within 90 days of any manufacturing process changes affecting the French process zinc oxide status of tires under contract.

The chief procurement officer may promulgate rules to implement and enforce these disclosure requirements under the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act.
