Amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 48-64-302 to expand venue options for the attorney general and reporter when seeking judicial dissolution of nonprofit corporations

Attorney general may now file dissolution proceedings in the county of the corporation's principal office, registered office, where the corporation engaged in activity (including soliciting donations), where the attorney general has an office, or in Davidson, Sumner, or Williamson County

Other parties authorized under § 48-64-301 to seek dissolution must file in the county where the corporation's principal office is or was last located, or at its registered office if no principal office exists in Tennessee

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law under public welfare provision
