TN HB2020

Exempts churches, temples, synagogues, other religious institutions, and civic, fraternal, or veteran's organizations from the definition of "food service establishment" when food is prepared, served, transported, or stored by volunteers

Clarifies that storage of unopened commercially canned food, non-hazardous packaged bulk food, and dry goods does not qualify for the exemption

Amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 68-14-703(11)(D)

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
