TN HB2025

Requires all Tennessee public higher education institutions to establish a "Charlie Kirk Memorial Courtyard for Civil Debate" on each main campus by December 31, 2026

Courtyards must measure at least 1,600 square feet (40' x 40' or equivalent configuration) and display four documents: the Tennessee Constitution's declaration of rights, the Ten Commandments, the U.S. Bill of Rights, and the Declaration of Independence

Each display must be at least 24" x 36" with minimum 36-point font, mounted no higher than 5 feet above ground, and include the courtyard name and date "September 10, 2025"

University boards may accept gifts, donations, and grants to fund the design, installation, and maintenance of the courtyards
