Expands the definition of aggravated criminal trespass to include disrupting a religious assembly within a structure on the property when the person knows they lack consent to be there

Adds three other aggravating factors: causing fear for another's safety, destroying or altering barriers (gates, fencing, locks, signage) to gain entry, or recklessly damaging property while trespassing

Classifies aggravated criminal trespass involving disruption of a religious assembly as a Class A misdemeanor
