Repeals all rules previously transferred from the Human Rights Commission to the attorney general under § 4-5-226(b)(2)

Establishes confidentiality protections for discrimination complaints and investigative materials filed with the attorney general, prohibiting disclosure without consent except to parties involved, their attorneys, or state/federal law enforcement agencies enforcing anti-discrimination laws

Allows the attorney general to use documentary material obtained during investigations for enforcement purposes, including court presentations

Extends confidentiality protections to materials voluntarily provided during investigations or obtained from other state or federal attorneys general

Removes the requirement that conciliation agreements in discrimination cases remain confidential pending agreement from both parties and the attorney general
