Amends the definition of "public swimming pool" in Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 68-14-302(11) to create a new exemption for certain privately owned above-ground pools at fitness facilities

Exempts indoor above-ground pools at fitness facilities from public pool regulations if they meet six specific criteria: installed per manufacturer instructions, have controlled staff-only access, maintain functioning water quality equipment, and are used exclusively for swimming instruction

Prohibited uses for exempt pools include rentals, parties, and open swimming sessions by fitness facility members or customers

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
