Amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 29-17-102, which governs eminent domain authority

Expands the definition of land acquisition for public transportation purposes to explicitly include sidewalks, public greenways, bicycle lanes, and pedestrian ways

Authorizes eminent domain for roads, highways, bridges, and other structures, facilities, or projects used for public transportation

Includes proper slope development as an allowable purpose for land acquisition under eminent domain

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law due to public welfare requirement
