Cemetery companies must record precise geographical coordinates (latitude and longitude) for every burial in addition to existing requirements for date, name, and lot designation

Cemeteries must transmit a copy of burial records to the funeral establishment that handled arrangements within 15 days after the burial date

Amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 46-1-111(a) governing cemetery record-keeping requirements
