Nonprofit organizations that are 501(c)(3) tax-exempt and receive state or federal grants must publicly disclose the salary of each employee

Salary information must be published on the organization's website if one exists, and updated at least every six months

Any person may bring a lawsuit against a nonprofit organization believed to be in violation of these disclosure requirements

Courts finding a violation may order declaratory or injunctive relief and shall award court costs and attorney fees to the prevailing party
