Amends Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 8-27-801(3) to redefine who serves as "Trustees" for other post-employment benefits (OPEB)

Designates four trustees: the Commissioner of Finance and Administration, the chair of the Senate Finance, Ways and Means Committee, the chair of the House committee with finance jurisdiction, and the chair of the Tennessee Consolidated Retirement System board

Allows each designated official to appoint a designee to serve in their place

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
