Authorizes the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency to enter into agreements with local law enforcement agencies to assist with enforcing wildlife laws, limited to public safety matters involving human-wildlife interactions such as wildlife feeding

Local law enforcement operating under these agreements must submit regular reports to the executive director detailing citations issued, offense facts, and final disposition

Creates a Class B misdemeanor offense for feeding black bears in areas where the Fish and Wildlife Commission has prohibited such feeding

Knowingly feeding black bears carries a minimum fine of $250; unknowingly feeding bears due to leaving food or garbage unsecured results in a written warning for first offense and minimum $250 fine for subsequent offenses

Takes effect July 1, 2026
