Vacates all current Tennessee Arts Commission members on July 1, 2026, and reconstitutes the commission with 15 new members representing performing, visual, and literary arts

Governor appoints 9 members (one from each U.S. congressional district); Speaker of the Senate and Speaker of the House each appoint 3 members (one from each grand division)

Initial terms are staggered at 3, 4, and 5 years to create rotating appointments; all subsequent terms are 5 years with a one-year waiting period before reappointment eligibility

Members serve without compensation but receive reimbursement for actual and necessary expenses incurred in commission duties

Effective date is July 1, 2026
