Requires all agreements, notices, affidavits, memoranda, and abstracts related to conveyances of real or personal property to include authenticated signatures of all parties subject to the agreement

Mandates that registerable documents include a specific expiration date with day, month, and year

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law under the public welfare clause
