Creates new criminal offense of "interfering with a religious institution" for intentionally obstructing, disturbing, or interfering with religious activities through utterances, gestures, or displays offensive to an ordinary person

Applies to conduct occurring within a place of worship or near enough to disturb the order and solemnity of activities

Defines "religious institution" as churches, temples, synagogues, mosques, or other places of worship

Violation classified as a Class B misdemeanor

Effective date: July 1, 2026
