Creates the "Crush Transnational Repression in Tennessee Act" to combat harassment, intimidation, and coercion by foreign adversaries and foreign terrorist organizations against Tennessee residents

Enhances criminal penalties by one classification level for offenses committed by agents of foreign adversaries or terrorist organizations intended to coerce individuals, suppress protected conduct (speech, religion, assembly), or force people to leave the United States

Makes it a Class D felony (Class C if acting as a foreign agent) to conduct unauthorized investigation, surveillance, or enforcement of foreign laws in Tennessee without state or federal law enforcement approval

Voids court rulings, arbitration decisions, and contracts based on foreign law (explicitly including Sharia Law) if they would deny constitutional rights under Tennessee or U.S. constitutions

Requires the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation to develop law enforcement training and a public awareness campaign on transnational repression by July 1, 2027, including multilingual reporting mechanisms and annual reporting to the governor and legislature
