Requires courts to impose a mandatory fine of at least 2 times the total property damage, loss, or cleaning and restoration expenses when vandalism offenses occur at a house of worship

Applies as an additional penalty on top of any other sentence imposed for the underlying vandalism violation

Overrides standard sentencing guidelines under § 40-35-111 for these specific offenses
