Clarifies that reports made to school resource officers or armed school security officers do not constitute reports to law enforcement agencies for purposes of triggering parental notification requirements

Mandates local boards of education to report quarterly on the total number of credible threats requiring parental notification, both for the quarter and year-to-date

Takes effect July 1, 2026
