Amends the definition of continuous sexual abuse of a child to require three or more incidents of sexual abuse of one or more minor children on separate occasions

Requires that at least one incident occurred within the county where charges are filed and one incident occurred on or after July 1, 2026

Defines the offense as occurring when abuse takes place during a period of 30 days or more in duration involving multiple acts

Requires unanimous jury agreement that the defendant committed multiple acts of sexual abuse during a period of 30 days or more

Takes effect July 1, 2026, and applies only to acts committed on or after that date
