Amends Tennessee Code Section 49-6-1021 to require that school physical activity include unstructured outdoor play, unless weather conditions prevent it

Excludes time spent using electronic devices or time in physical education class from counting toward required physical activity

Authorizes teachers and administrators to deny students participation in physical activity as discipline for violating school conduct policies, engaging in violent or threatening behavior, or significantly disrupting other students

Permits schools to assign alternative lessons, assignments, or activities—including physical activities—to students removed from physical activity periods as a behavior improvement measure

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
