Child support obligations continue past age 18 if the child is enrolled in an accredited high school, until the child graduates or their class graduates, whichever comes first

Support cannot extend beyond age 19 unless the child is handicapped or disabled

Title IV-D child support cases may be terminated when department records show the child has reached 18 and graduated, or when the child's graduating class has graduated

Support obligations also end if the obligor provides written documentation that the child has died or married

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
