Prohibits Tennessee state agencies from contracting with technology suppliers owned or controlled by foreign adversaries, or purchasing equipment on the FCC's covered list of national security risks, effective July 1, 2026

Requires technology suppliers to submit sworn statements under penalty of perjury certifying they are not foreign adversary-owned, controlled, domiciled, or subcontractors

Bans transfer of state-owned real property (land, buildings, leases, easements) to foreign adversaries or entities they own, control, or direct

Violations of the real property restrictions carry civil penalties up to $250,000 or twice the transaction value, plus a minimum 5-year ban from future state property transactions

Authorizes the Attorney General to investigate violations, issue subpoenas, and initiate civil actions; transactions violating the law are automatically void and unenforceable
