Establishes the "Tennessee Kratom Consumer Protection Act" regulating the sale and manufacture of kratom products, effective July 1, 2026

Prohibits sale of kratom products containing synthetic alkaloids, more than 2% 7-hydroxymitragynine in the alkaloid fraction, or more than 1 mg of 7-hydroxymitragynine per serving

Requires third-party laboratory certificates of analysis verifying products are free of harmful contaminants including salmonella, E. coli, and heavy metals (lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury)

Restricts kratom sales to persons 21 years of age or older, with violations classified as Class A misdemeanors; product standard violations carry $500 fines for first offense and $2,500 for subsequent offenses

Assigns enforcement authority to the Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission, which may demand certificates of analysis, require independent testing, and issue stop sales orders for non-compliant products
